cow pokes....

OK, so we were excited to be included in the free tickets to the OSU game yesterday...we went, in our orange and black, ready to Ride em Cowboys.... only problem is the boys didn't show up to play...well they were there in body--sort of--as long as no one was running at them or throwing something (like the football) to them. Needless to say it was a painful game for the Pokes. But, there's always next week ...oh yeh, next week...
After that great adventure we went to the hospital to visit Grandpa Art, a bit hopped up on morphene but still feeling pain (poor baby) . A broken hip makes for not good times, but he is keeping his chin up. Surgery tomorrow. Luckily he had Erin to keep him company while Mary snoozed in the chair...well Erin was mostly keeping him company while keeping one eye on the OU game and giving the play by play! I really enjoyed visiting with her and catching up on school and such!
This still feels really silly...but I'll try for a few more days before I delete the whole mess!

Ok, so I've never had a blog...not sure why I need one...but it seems the thing to do today so here I am. Just another Tuesday, piano lessons, Lyric rehearsals and best of all...A middle school football game!!! I love motherhood! I get to take to, wait for and sit through just so many interesting things!! I did get my own nails done today...yeh, I know...I know how to live don't I?
I'm taking a couple of free online e courses in filling my well and finding ultimate peace and joy...amazing what you can find online! Now I just need to find the time to do the exercises!! But for now, GO VIKINGS...later!
